TRUMPF Spins Off Optimate and ScaleNC Startups
TRUMPF has spun off two startups, Optimate and ScaleNC, both of which offer digital solutions for sheet metal production. Ideas for the startups were developed as part of TRUMPF’s “Internehmertum” program, in which employees can develop business ideas and start their own company with half of their working hours.
Optimate develops an AI-based software solution to improve components and reduce costs. ScaleNC prepares design drawings and takes over CNC programming. Both companies are based in Stuttgart, Germany, and are independently operated.
