Silicon Software GmbH Merges into Basler AG

Silicon Software GmbH has been merged into Basler AG. Basler acquired Silicon Software in 2018 and had managed it as an independent entity within its group structure.

Functions such as production, logistics, sales, and technical support were merged shortly after the 2018 acquisition. The integration of both companies under Basler company law completes that process.

The completed merger expands Basler’s portfolio of frame grabbers and software.
