POET Technologies Names Michal Lipson Adviser: People in the News: 06/29/22
Semiconductor technology company POET Technologies appointed
Michal Lipson an adviser to its board of directors. Lipson is president-elect of Optica, a MacArthur Fellow, a member of the National Academy of Sciences, founder of three startups, and an inventor whose work led to 45 U.S. patents related to photonic technologies. She serves as a Eugene Higgins Professor of Electrical Engineering and professor of applied physics at Columbia University. POET intends to nominate Lipson as a director at its annual general meeting Oct. 6.
WILMINGTON, Mass. — Sensor technology company Analog Devices’ board of directors appointed
André Andonian as an independent director. Andonian is the CEO of Andonian Advisory Pte. Ltd., a consulting and advisory firm. Previously Andonian was senior partner, chairman of Japan, and managing partner of Korea with McKinsey and Co.
