Digital Lightwave Gets Orders for High-Speed Optical Analyzers
CLEARWATER, Fla., Aug. 8 -- Digital Lightwave Inc., provider of optical network management products for the fiber optic industry, reported $1.3 million in orders for its OC-12 and OC-48 Network Information Computers (NIC). Fujitsu Network Communications Inc. -- a Richardson, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of fiber optic transmission and broadband switching platforms -- placed the orders for the high-speed optical monitor and analysis devices.

The orders will ship by this year's third quarter, said Digital Lightwave.
