Electroglas Selects ESI for Semiconductor Products

PORTLAND, Ore., Aug. 15 -- Electro Scientific Industries Inc. reported that its ScribeRead vision products would be used in Electroglas Inc.'s next generation semiconductor wafer probing systems. ScribeRead will furnish optical character recognition vision capability for Electroglas's latest 200 and 300 mm probing systems.
We are pleased that Electroglas selected our technology to enhance its vision capability on their latest family of probers, said Gary Kapral, vice president of ESI's Vision Business.
