Edmund Optics to Acquire Plummer

BARRINGTON, N.J., Nov. 9 -- Edmund Industrial Optics Inc., a supplier of optics and optical components, will acquire all of the assets of Plummer precision Optics Inc. for an undisclosed amount, said Edmund Industrial Optics. Plummer will operate as a wholly owned division of Edmund under the name Plummer Precision Manufacturing Division.
The new division will serve as the perfect compliment to our Tucson Design center, which currently provide EO customers with advanced lens and system design, said John Stack, president of Edmund Industrial Optics. FIBER.COM
