OTTAWA, Dec. 11 -- EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. has received a $1 million contract from Deutsche Telekom AG for a series of fiber optic analyzers. Deutsche Telekom will use the analyzers to make sure connections in its voice and data networks can handle a transmission rate increase to 10 Gb/s from 2.5 Gb.
