LeCroy, Fluke Swap Technology for Royalties Under DSO Licensing Pact
Under a technical licensing agreement signed by
LeCroy Corp. of Chestnut Ridge, N.Y., and
Fluke Corp. of Everett, Wash., LeCroy would give Fluke access to advanced technology for digital storage oscilloscope applications in exchange for royalties. Fluke representatives said the company will use the technology to develop handheld digital storage oscilloscope products.
