PerkinElmer Introduces Higher-Resolution Multiplexed InGaAs PIN Photodiode Array
PerkinElmer Optoelectronics expanded its Telecom product line by introducing a 512 Multiplexed InGaAs PIN Photodiode Detector Array at the 2001 OFC Conference in Anaheim. The 512 detector element Mux Array is available in the same package configuration as the PerkinElmer industry-leading 256 detector element Mux Array.
The 512 Mux Array product features higher sensitivity and resolution, a variable exposure time of 10 microseconds to 10 seconds, a wide dynamic range and user selectable integration time. Both the 512 and 256 Mux Arrays offer ideal solutions for DWDM channel monitoring and other optical networking and sensing applications.
