Chorum Withdraws IPO Bid
RICHARDSON, Texas, March 19 -- Chorum Technologies Inc., maker of all-optical processors and subsystems for the fiber optics market, has submitted an application to withdraw its Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
"Because of market conditions at the present time, we have withdrawn our registration for an initial public offering," said Scott Grout, Chorum Technologies' president and CEO. "Product, customer and company development remain solidly on track and we will be closely monitoring the public markets as we go forward."
