Ambassador Bradley Holmes To Lead ArrayComm's Wireless Spectrum Initiative
(Newstream), March 21 -- Longtime telecommunications policy expert Ambassador Bradley P. Holmes has joined ArrayComm Inc., to advocate wireless innovations that optimize the use of America's precious spectrum resources.
Holmes was appointed Ambassador by former President Bush to serve as US Coordinator and Director for International Communications and Information Policy. He joins ArrayComm as senior vice president of Regulatory & Government Affairs, heading up ArrayComm's new governmental affairs office in Washington, D.C. Holmes has worked with the Federal Communications Commission in several capacities, and former President Reagan nominated him as an FCC Commissioner.
He and his staff are communicating with numerous Washington policymakers to emphasize the critical importance of regulatory decisions that emphasize spectral efficiency and encourage market leadership and diversity in the wireless industry.
