360Networks announced the appointment of Jim Brennan as president of the company's European division. In his new position, Brennan will be responsible for all of 360Netork's sales, marketing and operations in Europe, as well as pan-European partnerships and alliances. Prior to his promotion, Brennan was vice president of global accounts at 360Networks and before that he was vice president of global sales and marketing at Tyco Submarine Systems. Pete Bell will replace Brennan as vice president of global accounts.
