Ophir Optronics Inc. invites industry professionals to visit its booth (#525) at the CLEO/QELS 2001 Conference May 6-11 in Baltimore, Maryland. While there, the company will introduce its high-performance CCD Beam Profiler as well as the WaveStar, which allows customers to measure wavelengths from various light sources.
Lambda Physik AG has appointed Jurgen Heukaufer to be the fourth member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer with effect from May 1 of this year. Due to the company's fast growth, Heukaufer's main responsibilities will lay in the production and logistics fields as well as in the industrial and scientific/medical sales divisions. Lambda Physik produces pulsed UV lasers such as excimer and diode-pumped solid-state lasers.
