Saab Wins Laser Rangefinder Order from Thales

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 27 -- Saab Avionics, a high-technology company that focuses on defense, aviation and space operations, has received an order for its Eye-safe Laser Rangefinder from Thales Optronique for a French fighter aircraft. The order includes development and manufacturing. The rangefinder will be integrated into a Front Optical System together with a thermal imager and video.
