SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 6 -- SpectraSwitch Inc., designer and manufacturer of optical switching and signal conditioning components, and Flextronics Photonics, a business unit of Flextronics, have entered into a technology licensing and manufacturing services agreement. Under the agreement, SpectraSwitch will license certain technology to Flextronics to help meet the market demand for quality optical subcomponents.
