CHICAGO, Nov. 12 -- American Laser Enterprises Inc. (ALE) has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with Precitec Inc. Under the agreement, ALE's marketing unit, American Laser Spares, will offer Precitec OEM cables, nozzles and nonelectronic consumable components to its distributor network in the US, Canada and Mexico. "We are delighted to partner with such a prestigious supplier to the industry," said Donald E. Sprentall, ALS general manager. "This agreement opens new doors for American Laser Spares and for our distributors who always look to provide the finest components to their customers." Cliff Ankersen, North America sales director for Precitec, added: "This is an important strategic move for us as we expand our reach into North America. We chose to work with American Laser Enterprises because of their solid reputation, their distributor network and their technical expertise." Precitec North America is based in New Hudson, Mich. Corporate headquarters are located in Gaggenau, Germany.
