HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Nov. 15 -- Spectrum Brands Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Spectrum Homeland Security Solutions Inc., has signed an agreement with Spectronics Corp. to develop and market a line of ultraviolet light sterilization devices for commercial and residential use.
