GRESHAM, Ore., Dec. 4 -- Fujitsu Ltd. announced it will cease production operations at its Gresham semiconductor manufacturing facility, Fujitsu Microelectronics Inc. (FMI), by the end of January 2002, and will close the plant and liquidate its assets.
