James Spivey was named vice president, sales and marketing, at SurgiLight Inc., developer of laser systems for various ophthalmic applications. Working with the company's distributor network, Spivey's international marketing program will initially focus primarily on SurgiLight's proprietary OptiVision laser system for the treatment of presbyopia, a condition in which the crystalline lens of the eye loses flexibility.   William H. Campbell has been appointed vice president of Communication and Information Systems Integration for BAE SYSTEMS' Communication, Navigation and Identification business unit.
