KIRCHHEIM/TECK-NABERN, Germany, July 2 --Dialog Semiconductor announced yesterday it has acquired the CMOS imaging business and associated CMOS Active Pixel Sensor (APS) patent portfolio from New Jersey-based Sarnoff Corp., the research and development institute formerly known as RCA Laboratories.
