FREMONT, Calif., Oct. 7 -- Primanex Corp., a provider of solid-state fiber optical switches, announced it has collaborated with the Zhao Jin Group Co, a gold-mining enterprise in China, to form a joint venture company, Primanex China Ltd. Primanex and Zhao Jin Group will add a scalable production capacity to Primanex's Magneto-Optic technology platform.
