CDT Starts R&D Program, Grants LEP License

CAMBRIDGE, UK (20 May, 2003) - Light-emitting polymer (LEP) technology developer Cambridge Display Technology (CDT) and media services and equipment group Thomson (France) announced they will participate in a two-year joint research and development program to develop full-color active matrix LEP display technologies. CDT's facilities and technical staff will be used to incorporate its knowledge of LEP materials, inkjet printing and display testing with Thomson's experience in display conception and testing to develop technology in inkjet printing of full-color LEP displays and display device...Read full article
