IBM Demos Nanotechnology Method for Chip Components

ARMONK, N.Y., Dec. 10 -- IBM announced this week it has applied a novel approach in nanotechnology to aid conventional semiconductor processing, potentially enabling continued device miniaturization and chip performance improvements.
