S.H. Jeong has been promoted to president/Asia at Photronics Inc., a Brookfield, Conn., maker of high-precision quartz photomasks. Jeong was formerly a senior vice president of Photronics and was president and CEO of Korea-based PKL Ltd., a company he founded in 1995 as a spinoff from Anam Semiconductor, for which he established a photomask manufacturing operation in 1993.
