Grants Boost Photonics, Nano Projects

GAITHERSBURG, Md., Sept. 30 -- Several photonics- and nanotechnology-related companies are recipients of grants from The US Commerce Department's Advanced Technology Program (ATP) for research on highly innovative industrial technologies.
