In Sainte-Foy, Quebec, Canada, TeraXion Inc., a developer of optical filters for industrial applications and communications networks, has acquired DiCos Technologies. DiCos' products stabilize the frequency of light sources to a precision similar to atomic clocks. The move is part of TeraXion's strategy to expand its range of products and services in new photonics markets.
