Photon Inc. of San Jose, Calif., has entered into an agreement with China Light, a representative for advanced photonics, optical systems, and testing and measurement instrument companies in Beijing, to market its products in China. The company provides laser beam measurement and positioning instruments, including the BeamScan and NanoScan beam profilers.
