Micralyne Inc. has broken ground for a 10,000-sq-ft expansion of its facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The expansion will include both Class 10 and Class 1000 cleanrooms for silicon MEMS fabrication, testing and assembly. Offices and meeting rooms also are being added. The company says that the addition will allow it to increase manufacturing capacity to accommodate growing customer demand.
