The 124-page publication provides information on how to make precision low-level direct current and pulse measurements on nanomaterials and devices. Useful as a reference tool and as an aid to understanding low-level phenomena in the laboratory, it discusses theoretical and practical considerations involved in measuring high and low resistances, currents and voltages.

The use of atoms, molecules and molecular-scale structures to enhance existing technology and develop new materials and devices. The goal of this technology is to manipulate atomic and molecular particles to create devices that are thousands of times smaller and faster than those of the current microtechnologies.
