Edmund Optics (EO) presented its first annual EO/VIP award to Epic Vision Solutions, a St. Louis, Mo., provider of machine vision and inspection technology for quality control in manufacturing, at the International Robots and Vision Show and Conference, held earlier this month in Chicago. “Epic Vision Solutions provided integration capabilities for demanding machine vision system applications with minimum disruption to the customer’s manufacturing process at several plant sites," EO said. "Their complete understanding of customer needs and unparalleled support, while providing services around the globe, make them an ideal partner for the customer with the most demanding requirements. EPIC Vision Solutions typifies what the VIP program represents,” said Greg Hollows, VIP coordinator at Edmund Optics. Edmund Optics also said it is taking the Vision Integration Partners program into the European market.
