RNT and Kurt J. Lesker Form Distribution Pact

Reactive NanoTechnologies Inc. (RNT) of Hunt Valley, Md., has joined with Kurt J. Lesker Co. of Clairton, Pa., to expand the worldwide sales and distribution of its NanoFoil product and associated NanoBond process for sputter targets and the vacuum industry. The venture is expected to accelerate access to the bonding process within the market for semiconductor manufacturing, including LCD, flat panel display, advanced display, and glass and film coating. NanoFoil precisely controls the instantaneous release of heat energy for joining and reaction-initiation applications. Kurt J. Lesker will serve as RNT’s exclusive distributor in Europe and North America.
