WOODS HOLE, Mass., Oct. 16, 2007 -- A squeaky-voiced cartoon mouse may capture hearts in central Florida, but manatees -- with their round heads, beady eyes and bodies up to 13 feet long -- have charmed people along the state’s coasts.
