Teledyne Scientific & Imaging LLC, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc. of Thousand Oaks, Calif., has entered into an agreement to buy Judson Technologies LLC of Montgomeryville, Pa. The latter, a designer and manufacturer of infrared detectors and accessory products, will complement the California company’s range of detectors.
