Definiens, Cenix Bioscience Set Licensing Pact
Definiens of Munich, an image analysis and interpretation company, and Cenix BioScience GmbH of Dresden, both in Germany, have expanded their mutual licensing agreement. The former company’s technology has been selected to support the latter’s development and implementation of high-content microscopic assays for high-throughput RNAi studies in cultured human and rodent cells.
