KLA-Tencor Corp. of San Jose, Calif., announced that Jeffrey Hall has resigned as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 31, to pursue another opportunity. Also effective March 31, the company's board of directors appointed KLA-Tencor President and COO John Kispert to also serve as interim chief financial officer and named Virendra Kirloskar, currently vice president and corporate controller, as chief accounting officer. KLA-Tencor makes yield management and process control products for semiconductor manufacturing and related industries.
