Varioptic Lyon, a developer of autofocus lenses for the camera phone industry, and Seiko Instruments Inc. of Chiba, Japan, have signed a cooperation agreement. They will collaborate to develop, manufacture and market the French company’s liquid lens products for the camera module, bar code and Web camera markets.
