Synova Joins Solar Research Group

LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- Synova SA has joined a research alliance led by the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Freiburg, Germany, to explore manufacturing methods to improve the processing time and performance of solar cells. The alliance will investigate the use of the Swiss company’s Laser MicroJet technology with liquids other than water, for wafering and microstructuring processes.
