Barr Associates Inc. of Westford, Mass., has been chosen by Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corp. of Boulder, Colo., to develop, manufacture and test multispectral filters for the Operational Land Imager being built for NASA and the US Geological Survey. Each filter consists of nine spectral bands, and a full instrument complement will have 14 closely matched filter assemblies.
