Invitrogen.jpg“Bioprobes 55,” the March 2008 issue of a newsletter published by Invitrogen Corp., features articles on new technologies such as Qdot 625 nanocrystals and conjugates, Click-iT EdU assays for detecting cell proliferation, and the FluxOR thallium detection kit in combination with the BacMam-hERG system. The full-color 32-page document discusses flow cytometry assays for assessing viability and vitality, using Qdot nanocrystal primary antibody conjugates in flow cytometry, the Omnia kinase assay for cell lysates and a no-wash indicator for high-throughput calcium detection. It includes a section on the use of the company’s products in research studies. Charts, diagrams and references are provided.
