Developer, manufacturer and marketer of optical and fluorescence microscopy products TILL Photonics GmbH of Munich, Germany, has been purchased by Agilent Technologies Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif. The German company will join Agilent’s materials science solutions unit. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
