Spectranetics Acquires Kensey Nash Business
Spectranetics Corp. of Colorado Springs, Colo., has closed a transaction to acquire the endovascular business of Kensey Nash Corp. of Exton, Pa. The former company has begun commercialization of the acquired products, which include thrombus aspiration catheters and thrombectomy devices.
