Olympus Life Science Europa GmbH of Hamburg, Germany, a manufacturer of microscopes, has signed an agreement with Digital Surf sarl of Besançon, France, a provider of surface metrology solutions. The former company will supply users of its Lext OLS3100 confocal laser scanning microscope with 3-D surface texture and microgeometry analysis software based on the latter’s Mountains technology.
