PhotoMedex Inc. of Montgomeryville, Pa., a manufacturer of excimer lasers and fiber optic systems, has bought Photo Therapeutics Ltd. of Carlsbad, Calif., a manufacturer of nonlaser light devices and associated skin care products. The acquisition will enable PhotoMedex to expand into the field of dermatological products for clinical and aesthetic skin treatment.
