Invitrogen Corp. of Carlsbad, Calif., and Natural Selection Inc. of San Diego have entered into an agreement that enables the former to provide previously unknown human and mouse microRNA sequences to the online database of The Sanger Institute in Hinxton, UK. The agreement also provides for the use of an algorithm, developed by the San Diego-based company, to create a set of computationally predicted microRNA sequences.Read full article
