AFP Imaging Corp. of Elmsford, N.Y., will acquire Quantitative Radiology srl of Verona, Italy. Acquisition of the latter, which manufactures cone-beam CT scanners, will help the former expand its dental imaging line. The American company also produces digital imaging technologies for medical and veterinary applications.
