Lebby Resigns as OIDA President

WASHINGTON, April 21, 2010 — The Optoelectronics Industry Development Association (OIDA) announced that Michael Lebby has stepped down as its president and chief executive officer to return to industry after serving at OIDA since 2005. Lebby will continue to serve as past president and as a member of the board. The association’s board of directors has appointed Frederic Quan as its new president, effective immediately.
