PhotoMedex Inc. of Montgomeryville, Pa., has signed development, manufacturing and distribution contracts for the MetaSpex Laboratory System from AzurTec Inc. of Newtown, Pa. The light-based device is designed to detect skin cancer. PhotoMedex also has exchanged 200,000 shares of its restricted common stock for a 14 percent stake in AzurTec.
