BioPhotonics
May 2006
The updated Web site of Omega Optical Inc. features new graphics, including images of products and manufacturing, and galleries of images provided by life sciences collaborators. Among the improvements, customers can now search for products by either application or filter type, and they can purchase standard items through the e-Filter store. A section on the company’s “green” manufacturing facility has been added, along with technical content related to thin-film theory, filter types and instrumentation design. Application-specific items for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Raman spectroscopy, color imaging, and the astronomy and aerospace fields are included.
