Luminus Devices Appoints New CFO

BILLERICA, Mass., Sept. 23, 2010 — Luminus Devices Inc. announced recently the appointment of Walter A. Shephard as its chief financial officer. Responsible for the company’s worldwide finance, administrative, legal and IT operations, he will also focus his efforts on driving employee productivity and reducing operational costs.
