Bridgelux Offers 5-Year Warranty on LED Products
Bridgelux Inc. announced the introduction of a five-year warranty, effective immediately, on all of its integrated LED arrays and light sources sold worldwide.
The new warranty boosts standard one- and three-year warranties to deliver five-year protection, emphatically demonstrating the LED lighting technologies and solutions provider’s confidence in LED technology, while also providing customers with the assurance needed to enable the $100 billion market opportunity for solid-state lighting.
“We are offering a five-year warranty because we stand proudly behind the quality of Bridgelux products, as well as the broader capabilities and benefits of solid state lighting overall,” said Bill Watkins, CEO of Bridgelux.
The warranty covers not only the companies LED array product families, which has a performance range from 240 to 4500 operational lumens, but also its Helieon sustainable light module, co-developed, marketed and sold by the company and Molex.
“The five-year warranty protection on light sources provided by Bridgelux will make it easier for our customers, lamp and luminaire manufacturers, to meet market requirements for their products,” said Jason Posselt, vice president of marketing. “ Further, it also allows our partners to minimize the cost and time they spend on warranty-related issues while improving their ability to win new business opportunities.”
